- $125 start-up fee (wavied with 3-month prepaid contract)
Level Two
- Plans personalized to each athlete's goals, abilities, and situation
- Plans in 2 week blocks to allow for more responsive adjustments to workouts
- Detailed workout plans are e-mailed to athlete
- Plans are frequently adjusted based on athlete's needs
- Weekly feedback (twice a week or more as needed)
- Unlimited e-mail and 1 coaching meeting each week (in person or phone)
- Monthly Low Level Laser muscle balance testing
- Nutrition counseling
- Monthly Chiropractic Adjustment
- Detailed race day plans with goal times and strategies
- $200/month (minimum 3 month contract)
- No start-up fee
Intital Start-up Phase Required:
- Review athlete's history and goals
- Establish training objectives to meet goals
- Identify personal strengths and weaknesses
- Identify and rank upcoming races
- Design a Training Plan tailored to athlete's lifestyle and racing goals
