Nia is a blend of nine different movement forms, including: Jazz Dance, Modern Dance, Duncan Dance, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, and Yoga. It has many benefits, ranging from cardiovascular conditioning to improved self-esteem. Nia works on both your body and your mind, teaching you how to physically interpret and internally direct your actions and choices.Nia is safe and adaptable for any fitness level.
