Beginners Guide to a Sprint Triathlon
During this hour long workshop you will learn the basics of what it takes to prepare for and successfully complete a sprint triathlon. Topics that will be covered range from how to find a triathlon to essential equipment and training techniques. This is a great workshop for people who are interested in signing up for their first triathlon as well as for those who have already completed a triathlon or two.

My Just "Tri" It program will help you become comfortable in the three triathlon disciplines of swimming, cycling, and running. You will also become part of the fun, active, and healthy triathlon community.
What you will need:
- Bike (preferably a road bike)
- Bike pump
- Tire chaning kit (tube, tire levers, CO2 cartridge and valve, patch kit, hand pump)
- Water bottle
- Bottle cage on bike
- Running shoes
- Swimming cap
