Class Title: American Tribal Style (ATS) Belly Dance
Description: American Tribal Style belly dance is based on group
improvisational and synchronized movements that are a fusion of
Traditional and Folkloric dances from the Middle East, Africa, Western
Europe and Asia. This style of belly dance embodies the strength,
beauty, and femininity of the dancers. This is a beginner class that
teaches the foundations of American Tribal Style belly dance. The
classes are for all women who want to let their inner goddess shine
through. Please wear loose clothing that you can move in and be
prepared to dance without shoes. Wonderful health benefits!

Acupuncture
Ragani is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and licensed by the State of Wisconsin. With ten years of experience in acupuncture and over twenty years of experience and training in yoga, meditation, and stress management techniques, Ragani integrates a broad scope of interventions into her acupuncture treatment sessions. Her treatments offer a gentle and individualized approach within a relaxing atmosphere. Among her specialties are conditions of musculo-skeletal pain (neck, back, shoulder, arm, knee, etc.), fibromyalgia, gastro-intestinal disruptions, gynecological concerns, tension, and stress-related disorders.
In her copious free time, Ragani is also an award-winning production and recording artist and leads Milwaukee’s renowned Kirtan with Ragani, the largest independent, ongoing kirtan (yoga chant) scene in the nation. In addition, Ragani and her husband lead Sacred Retreat Tours to India’s mystical Himalayas, where they have met many known and unknown mystics and adepts. Ragani and her husband spend their days dreaming to life their visions and inspirations- and occasionally baking cookies.
Homeopathy
Dr. Dale Buegel offers health counseling services by private contract. Dr. Buegel practiced complementary medicine for 25 years and has taught yoga for more than 30 years. He has extensive training in manual therapy disciplines, is an author of the homeopathic text, Homeopathic Remedies, and teaches in ayurvedic and yoga certification programs at Kanyakumari.
Ancestor Divination
Jojopah Maria Nsoroma is available by appointment for Ancestor Divination. Ancestor Divination is a healing modality that strengthens seekers by connecting them to wisdom and guidance from the Ancestral Realm. The term “ancestors” refers to those who once walked upon the Earth plane. They can be blood-related or connected to you through divine intervention. Ancestors know that life is an evolutionary process, and they’re willing and waiting for us to ask for their wisdom, guidance and support to overcome that which is blocking us from our ability to be healthy, happy and full of love. \
Sessions are one hour, and are held between the hours of 12pm and 7:30pm. The cost is $75.00 per session. Jojopah is open to bartering and payment arrangements. An audio tape or CD of the session can be provided at no additional charge.
Life Transformation Coaching
Noor Jawad is now available by appointment for life transformation coaching at Solcare. Noor delights in sharing over 30 years of experience coaching and educating clients in positive lifestyle practice and self-healing arts for the body, mind, spirit and emotions. Through Noor’s authentic coaching gifts, her clients achieve greater access to their creative energies, as well as an increased sense of balance, harmony and well-being in daily living.
Noor serves individuals, couples, families and organizations. Personal coaching is $100 for 70 minutes. Couple, family and group rates available upon request. Noor is open to discuss payment arrangements and partial barters. For more information, please visit:
