Lorraine Ghorbanpoor is a certified and registered yoga professional and has been sharing the teaching of yoga for several years. Lorraine delights in exposing students to yoga and helping them broaden the awareness of their body and state of mind. She enjoys teaching vinyasa flow, yet incorporates several styles of yoga in her classes that are adapted to meet the needs of the students of each individual class. A guided meditation ends each class providing an opportunity for deep relaxation, as well as allowing students to assimilate the healing energy they have activated internally and cultivated externally during class.
Lorraine is also certified in beginner mat pilates. She also teaches yolates classes – combining yoga and mat pilates.
