Norah is a brand new Milwaukeean, having just completed her Yoga Alliance certification for Ashtanga Yoga in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2009. She found yoga at the age of fifteen and ever since then it has become a more and more integral part of her life, and even more of a joy to share with others! Norah has an MFA in ensemble-based physical theatre, and her training ranges from Tai Chi, to Acrobatics, to Alexander Technique, to Tango. Norah and four of her comrades have come to Milwaukee to start up The Hinterlands - a new physical theatre ensemble which everyone should keep their eyes and ears peeled for in the coming year. She believes that yoga is for everyone and anyone with a desire to bring a little lightness into their life, and a little strength into their mind and body
